The circuit board needs to take a bath. A chemical bath.

I love those cases. Huge LED's are great!

I used to own one (without boost) and it had the thickest epoxy goop i've ever seen. The goop was hard enough to hold the PCB securely so I couldn't dare to trace it. It was quite versatile and covered a lot of grounds but lacked dynamics IMO. Pretty nice OD overall and looks really cool with that contoured face. I would guess it has ROG style fet-based circuitry.

The basic circuit is a BSIAB1. The boost function seems to be split gain pots ala FD-2.

Where can i get the BSIAB1 circuit? What are the differences to the BSIAB2?

A stock BSIAB2 will not produce the sound of the Diablo. The Diablo is a very heavy modded BSIAB2 with a lot of finetuned part values. The tone is generated by this mods and the Diablo sounds way different compared to the bland sounding BSIAB.

its rocket science i tell you
modding the Bsiab2....

The description talks about a charge pump option. BSIAB probably sounds pretty good at 18V.

It does.

Again, anyone who have the BSIAB1 schematic? What are the differences between BSIAB 1 and 2?
Anyone out there who modded a BSIAB?

I think the term "bsiab" in this sense is used improperly. The Okko Diablo, I'm sure, uses cascading miniboosters (revealed to DIY'ers by Jack Orman) but other than that, I suspect it shares little else with the BSIAB or BSIAB2.
I urge anyone to experiment with a breadboard and fets. The minibooster is high gain, self-biasing and sounds great. When overdriven, I find it sounds much more natural than diodes clipping. There are many avenues for tone shaping.
Look up also Aron Nelson's booster 2.5 and Doug Hammond's Sweet Thing schematics for more examples.

Anyone degooped one yet? I might have to pick one up after the holidays. I'm tying to work up a body control for the BSIAB2 now.

Bumping this to attach the schematic. I don't remember who traced this one or where I found it... I think I found it at Das Musikding... maybe Kusi traced it?
Anyway, I hope it is okay with the author to post this here.

GREAT!!!
BUT...which fet's go into this circuit (Q1....7)? J201's?
Thanks!

Is that two mini-boosters followed by a BMP tone control? Similar to the BSIAB. The more channel looks more interesting, especially the bass control.

Hi. in the original pedal, there is a selectable charge pump inside (for a 18V supply);
according to the scheme of the power supply posted in pdf, where the charge pump should be placed? For example can I use the charge pump of geofex
http://www.geofex.com/circuits/+9_to_33.htm
before the entire circuit?
