This capacitor seems to exist just in the older units and it is used to avoid radio interferentes, try a small ceramic cap about 100p if you want but it is not too necessary.

There is a rc filter immediately after the expander r10 and c15 considering the apollomusicservice schematic, it cam be converted in a rat tone control if you replace the r10 with a potentiometer and/or a resistor appropriated. I believe 10k pot should work.

hey boby6kiler, did the vero layout you posted work? And do you have the layout for the 12V section that you used externally? Would love to put this together if you've got it working

i ll have to do a little modification of this layout , there is an error on schematic , i have receive my ic from mousser i will take my mesurement today
i don t have the original so i can t tell you if it ok 100/100

i see a 10kb pot instead of the 1kb why
i will wait for your result before building my other proto
for this revision i think the 15k you have in ic1 is at 10k ( the 2 values work )
using ne570 or sa571 ? ( think the 570 need the 8k2 resistor ) i don't have try without this
