And here's a PCB. Parts match the schem, and I don't think I need to say no commercial use, but no commercial use. Print at 300dpi.

And here's one with larger pad sizes. Figured I'd make it a bit easier for less experienced etchers.

Yup. If you want to wire it as true bypass, dump the 150k resistor at the cold lug of the boost pot and leave the wiper connected to ground.Seiche wrote:so switch is wired so that the thing is still a buffer when it's off. For regular operation regular switch wiring, right?

looking at the pcb again, this looks like it could be the same pcb used on the candy apple fuzz (as usual for the Bearfoots). This might be a good opportunity to trace out the pcb connections, as the traces are easily visible to facilitate tracing of the CAF once it's released.

It's used in the CAF and EGD. Was gonna buy an EGD, but I've kinda lost interest.Seiche wrote:looking at the pcb again, this looks like it could be the same pcb used on the candy apple fuzz (as usual for the Bearfoots). Can someone explain what is happening here? I just left the 150k in the circuit and wired the bypass as usual. What's the difference? When turned all the way down, the signal is at unity gain.mmolteratx wrote:If you want to wire it as true bypass, dump the 150k resistor at the cold lug of the boost pot and leave the wiper connected to ground.
No, D2 is a zener for LED protection, D3 is an LED. I left D2, D3 off my build as I did not use the buffered bypass.laoliang wrote:Excuse me:D1,D2,D3 is 1n4002?
