It is probably a Mosfet, something like a LND 150. It can be used to replace a triode section. That would meen there are three sections available: two for the oscilator and buffer and one as a gain stage. Just like the vibro champ

Has anyone managed to get or draw a schematic that corresponds to this pedal? I did some search on the Internet, but it seems that a design for a standalone tube bias tremolo is a first! Still, it is almost impossible that no one created a device similar to the Bard before, because the creator of the Bard was inspired by the tremolo sound of the Fender Vibrochamp, an amp that the schematic has been widely spread on the Internet and understood for many years. There is certainly a generic source schematic available somewhere that corresponds to the design of the Bard. But it seems to be a very well kept secret...
