Pigtronix - Polysaturator

Postby bugg » 04 Nov 2017, 16:12

I recently traced a Polysaturator for a friend who wanted a clone of his built with a more traditional control layout, so here we go.

Thanks for the schematic, BuGG. Someone drew this layout up for me. Built and verified! https://i.imgur.com/n54qbOZ.jpg
The original comes with an 18v supply, and the pedal enclosure says "9V - 15V". The War Hog is a modified version more suited to metal that I'd like to see too.

It's the first time I saw that use almost all the CD4049's inverters
Preamp/buffer with TL072 + CD4049 gain stages + 4558's active eq and output buffer... am I right?
