this schematic is correct?

hello ... because I need to disconnect power and connect to the pedal work.
may be PT2399?

Sorry but something was lost in translation there, perhaps you could rephrase the question.andregarcia57 wrote:hello ... because I need to disconnect power and connect to the pedal work.

It's fairly straight forward, if you want to start it , press start. You can work out the rest of the controls for yourself !

possibly he's experiencing the similar issue as many have on the little angel where the pt2399 locks up and a power cycle is needed?

that. same problem of little angel.rocklander wrote:possibly he's experiencing the similar issue as many have on the little angel where the pt2399 locks up and a power cycle is needed?
I do the same with PT2399 delay robote and there is no problem ....
this is very strange ..

have you tried a different pt2399?

I just built this up from Madbean's "Sea Urchin" pcb layout.imnotgay wrote:it should work..i use 10k pot and 0.22uF..provide a clean repeats at 1 second delay time
Where did you splice in your tone control? I tried it off lug 3 of the mix pot and works, but affects the "Feedback" by reducing it's intensity.
Maybe another way is to locate the tone control in place of the 15nf cap located at delay chip's output?
Thanks for any advice.

Hi folks,
hope it's not against the DIY ethos, but with all the experts here ...
I have an original one, totally enjoy the sound, but don't get along too well with the range of the level pot.
I'd rather have what is now 11 o'clock as max level, so I could dial in subtle amounts better.
Any suggestions ?
thanks,
seyda

Hello everyone!
I'm new and this is my first post but I follow you for years.
I followed the schematic posted by nocentelli but I have a problem. :'(
When I connect the effect, I can hear the sound coming from my guitar but there's no effect... only the dry signal.
I made the following measurements:
TL072:
3,71---7,44
3,71---3,70
3,71---3,70
0-------3,70
PT2399 (pot fully clockwise):
6,33---3,16
3,15---3,16
0-------3,16
0,27---3,16
3,63---3,16
3,67---3,16
1,42---3,16
1,52---3,16
I've checked every line of my stripboard and I 'm not able to find the mistake.
What could be in your opinion?
p.s. the only difference with the original circuit posted by nocentelli is the resistor between the pins 6-7 of IC2 (original value 390k / mine 360k)
p.p.s. sorry for my bad "google-translated" english.... I'm from Italy!

The readings that look wrong straight away are pin 8 of the opamp, which should be close to 9v (is your battery fresh?) and pin 1 of the pt2399 which should be 5v (check the voltage regulator pinout is correct).

Thank you for the quick answer!Nocentelli wrote:The readings that look wrong straight away are pin 8 of the opamp, which should be close to 9v (is your battery fresh?) and pin 1 of the pt2399 which should be 5v (check the voltage regulator pinout is correct).
I use a stabilized power supply (9V). I just realized that the regulator that I've bought (L7805CV... that one with the heat sink, to clarify) has a different pinout. I've tried to reverse it but the problem remains the same... no wet signal. :'(
Tomorrow I'm going to buy the right regulator... maybe the solution to my problems it's easy than I expected.
As soon as I'll mount the right piece, I'll take new measurements and let you know.
All I can do is HOPE.
Thank you again!
make sure that the pin 4 of the pt2399 is connected to the ground.
Usually this issue is related to not having the pin 4 properly grounded which makes the pt2399 lock.
Verify/correct it and report on the results.

Then you need to think why opamp pin 8 is not 9v. Is the 33r resistor you have installed definitely 33 ohms, or could it be 3k3?john-houston wrote: I use a stabilized power supply
