Hmmm...so you can run this on a 9v with okay results? I will mostly use it with 18v but having a battery is alway a nice option when Im feeling especially lazy.
I've gotten all of the parts and prepared the vero. Now I just need to get the free time to slap it all together.

Hi, just noticed on the vero layout:
C13 and C2: The + sign and the - marking are in the same place. I assume that the + sign is in the correct direction and the - marking is wrong. Am I correct?

Hi, sorry for all of the questions, but I have one more. I made a mistake and bought an SMD resistor for R29 (604ohm).
Locally, I can get a 680ohm or 560ohm. Would either of these work as a sub?

Yes, go with the (+) marking. I didn't even realize those 'lytics had any markings until someone made me aware a while ago. Many of my older layouts has an occational mislabeled one.kinski wrote:Hi, just noticed on the vero layout:

Should get my eyesight checked...
Hi! guy. I'm form Thailand. I mod this layout for 9V battery by ICL7660 charge pumps and chang a little in PCB.
This's old layout.

for my experience, the openhaus sounds really bad with a charge pump... I've tried a LT1054 (100mA max output) and the pedal had a low volume and muddy sounds... Hope that you have a different result
More samples plz?

Ohh i already heard your demo and i liked a lot the sound I searched a lot for clips/demosgilmour_pugliese wrote:quick and dirty sample made by mine:STRONGHOLD69 wrote:More samples plz?
I want know about the "max distortion", its really heavy a lot?(at the standard tune)
It works well boosted by other(overdrive/drive) pedal?(if i need more gain)
You know a place that i can buy the 2n1306/2n388 + lnd150n3-g + opa2604ap? (in a single store, cause the international shipping price is so damm high on some stores).
Sorry about the too many questions, its because i will need to spend more than $50 just to import some components, cause they dont have on my country.
PS:vero or madbean with corrections?

-The max distortion available depends from many parameters, like your pickups... my Stratocaster with low output pups gives me a totally different result from a HB guitar with hot pickups like the V100 in the videoSTRONGHOLD69 wrote: Ohh i already heard your demo and i liked a lot the sound I searched a lot for clips/demos

-I don't use to boost my Openhaus, so I cannot help you
-No, I've bought the germaniums and LND from Ebay and opamps from Banzaimusic
-I've used the Madbean layout with no problems
How it sounds?Ang3lus wrote:dimebugg layout is verified
