A few years back, I was alerted (by a respectful and conscientious friend to runoffgroove.com) that the ProTone Boom Box was actually a Tonemender. Doesn't look like that one is part of the current lineup anymore, though.

i got all excited when I saw this but then after downloading the schematic and being abe to see it there are now values one the schematic. Does anyone know the values or is there a list for it sonmewhere? The link to diyguitar is no long valid. I would really appreciate it.

Looks like your standard Marshall tube preamp translated to jfet/j201. Protone garbage... There is one of these on reverb.com for $999.00 right now :shock:
Protone could custom paint a turd, call it Eddie's butthole-brown stortion and sell it for $600
