Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone out there has used computer based oscilloscopes that take in audio from a soundcard, and has an opinion on their shortfalls or could recommend a particular one.
Many thanks,

i am curious on this one as well. Have tried a few different oscilloscope programs with no success.

I'd suggest this one:

the small interface for ohm & capacitance meters is quite easy to stuff on a small piece of breadboard.
However the scope interface is a bit more difficult but not so much:

Also it's free and runs very well on linux with wine.
