oh. i will try that too!
can i ask one more question. how did you manage your ground routings? did you do it the way the pictures show or did you do something special?
because my ticking noises are causes bei the ground wires off the circuit. thanx so far

I've used the shielded cable with no results...rs wrote:Hi there, i've built it and it works fine. At first i've had some ticking noises too but then i realise the original has the rate pot wired with shielded cable, i swaped mine and put in some shielded wire too, and that stopped the ticking .
Hope it helps.
My Supatrem has a fucking ticking noise... How could I solve?

I've used a 1000uF electro, with no resultsblackbunny wrote:You could try adding a power supply decoupling capacitor to the 9v rail, something like this diagram.gilmour_pugliese wrote:I've used the shielded cable with no results...

Hi there gilmour_pugliese,
the diferences from my build is that i've used shilded cable on the conection of the rate pot to the pcb, and i think i've used also on the input and output jacks, i cant remember. The other stuf is pretty much the same, i think R1 on my build is 1.5k instead of 7.5k, R14=8.2k instead of 8.8k, C1 and C4 are non polar.
One thing you should do is not to cross the shielded cable that connects the rate pot to the pcb, with other wires, especeally dc wires.
It worked for me.

Just some shielded cable on the jacks, and BAM!rs wrote:Hi there gilmour_pugliese,

The pedal is super-silent
Thanks to all for the tips!!!
Hi There
I've heard in a few songs (don't remember, could be radiohead?) a very nice tremolo effect on guitar that seems to ramp down its speed. Chord attack was really fast then in one second or so it would start ramping down utill it was really slow.
Anyone knows if there is a way of implementing this ramping effect in an optical circuit such as this one or the demeter/baja trembulator??
Any other tremolo does that already??
Thanks

Hey guys I tried to build one of these with the millennium C switching and I just can’t get it to work. Does anyone have a pcb layout and off board wiring layout so I can make a new board and try again using regular true bypass switching using 3PDTs?

So, this unit arrive today and I have some spare time to go deeper.
Any way, if somebody spots something funky, lemme kno'
