I assume that with the 'pre gain' you actually mean the 'clip' control (which is sometimes called 'clipping' or 'trim' I believe on the actual enclosures)...

This clip control is the 150k shown in my diagram connected by pad P1A-B and P2A-B.

So the trimmers are still in there? As well as the external pots? I'm just a little confused reading through the thread.

Any verified schematics on this seems to be lying dormant

It's a Ross clone, so any Ross layout/schematic will do just fine. Also: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4860#p64200.

Yeah but for all the hype i've heard about this pedal it can't be exactly the same with all components there has to be some form of variation. I'd like to know what it is.

Don't trust hype. Remember the hype about the CJOD? Turns out that wasn't very different. Remember the Saffron Squeeze? That was a Ross too.

Hype =/= different.

Fast attack (or recovery) is when the resistor is set to "near zero value" or when the resistor is 150K?

When that resistor is set to 10K I can hear only a little bit more volume but I can't see differences in the attack of the compression....
Can you explain to me which differences I should hear from a 150K to a 10K?
Which sound test can I make (playing the guitar) to hear better this difference?

Currently unverified but I'll let you know when that changes. Instead of using two 1K resistors I left the trimmer used in the Dyna Comp and Ross Comp in place, so if you leave it in its middle setting that would replicate the C4 with the added advantage of being able to fine tune the extremes of the Clip control.

The vero has been verified so it's safe to build :mrgreen:

great vero and thanks for the contribution but it's still not a verified keeley we still have no idea what's in and before someone says there fav comment of go buy it. We should do a tracers fund and contribute $10 bucks each so we all put in. I'll put in $10 anyone else up for it.

If we bought one via the tracers fund we'd end up with exactly the same gut shot as you already have on page 1 of this thread. So this is no more and no less verified than any other pic > trace > schematic > layout on the site. In fact the quality of the gut shot with trace and BOM by vietpham, this is likely to be more accurate than some of our other traces.

Just as a follow up to that, here's the gutshot with the missing resistor values:

Looks pretty accurate to me so I'm not too sure what else we could be missing.
