Back in 1977 I built a sort-of EH Electric Mistress clone. I tweaked a few things and ran it at 15V (recommended for the SAD1024 instead of 12V. Just one problem; the LFO wouldn't run. Unless I poked it with a scope probe. As I was gigging at the time, I was in a hurry to get it working, I stuck a 6pF capacitor in the appropriate place and voila! I had a triangle wave with a small notch in it.
A couple of months back I decided to sort this notch out so I decided it must be that the flip-flop...
It looks like the Hohner Multi Effect. The owner says the schematic is on the inside of the pedal and can be used to reinstall the battery connection (removed for DC adapter)
Which according to discofreq is similar to the Shin Ei ME7 (unclear schematic in first link)
Doe anyone have more info on this pedal?
Sounds interesting, Siren/Surf/Hurricane/Wah and Volume pedal in one. Especially the first three
I got this wah / boost pedal in to work with; great little pedal that can be used as a wah pedal for keyboard, bass and guitar. Great to use although the boost is LOUD! I barely touch the boost knob and it screams! Opened up it looks like this:
On the Morley site I found a little schematic which I posted here but mine does differ slight from it; redrawn schematic here
Sekova Power Booster gut shots, schematic and pcb files.
Just a LPB? But this looks kind of old. Anyway for all the effect databases around there is none that mentions production dates.
Anyway, I found almost nothing on the Sekova company as such except that it's a Japanese company also making guitars, but they go back to the 60s. Perhaps they didn't survive the latter half of of the 70s.
Hi
has anyone got any pictures or schematic for this beastie - It was built in a fuzz face case but was painted red with black and silver number dial knobs if my memory serves me correctly. I remember it made a great police band receiver if you used a curly cord as an antenna - no guitar connected!
cheers

One of the coolest pedals ever made is the Bigsby Volume/Tone:

Heavy.... undestroyable... you can even use it as a weapon when a bootweaker should try to steal your intelectual property.
What can´t be seen on the photos is that you cannot only move the pedal up and down, you can also move it left and right.... Think about putting a Wah-electronic inside.... plus an...
Is it possible to take the rangemaster and make it a really clean clean full rangeboost? Also maybe with an easy to get inexpensive silicon tranny?
I would want it to sound as good or better than the miniboost.
I ask this because every rangemaster I have played with has had some grit and seemed to work with only certain kinds of amps. It would be nice to tweak the rangemaster to work with all kind of amps and be cleaner and loud like a mosfet boost.
Not mine but going cheap plus some gut / trace shots
ebay: VINTAGE-JORDAN-COMPRESSOR-PEDAL
This is a rare vintage Jordan Compressor pedal model J-730. I'm familiar with the Jordan Bosstone of the late '60s but I've never seen this pedal before. It is all original and in very good condition with normal wear and nicks but overall very nice. All lettering and markings are intact as are original knobs, battery cover and screws. Battery compartment is clean. Label on back is also all intact...
