Buyon!

http://www.antelopefx.com/lovelight/

why buy a klon when you can have a gold plated stomper for even less. And more knobs!

The website is kind off strange -- advertises two pedals in the making and one discontinued  . I believe that's not always a synonym of sold out. much of the klon siberia inspired webpage is great and there are ACTUAL gutshots if you brows.

button reviews refer to harmony central... ahum

now I'm off to google to find a gold plating tutorial

Uh, why do boutique brands keep pushing Alpha pots like that's something great? Alpha pots are cheap and common.... that's what Radio Shack sells for pity's sake!
It would be nice to see a boutique brand push the fact that they use something better than stupid ol' Alpha pots for a change.
I mean, c'mon... a gold-plated pedal and they stick Alpha pots and Nichicon caps in it! That's like gold-plating a Toyota.

where is the "ULTRA WIDE TRACES?"...
Well... pretty much there where I see them. I don't know how much current goes through those traces but it must be prettu much.

yeah i understand that those traces could handle currents way larger than the pedal circuit could provide, but those size of traces are too ordinary for me when it comes to effect pedals....

now, to say in the marketing blurb that one of the main features is a high grade PCB with "ULTRA WIDE TRACES", i was expecting to see something new.

but like i said, it looks ordinary to me, not ultra wide. not even wide for that matter.. its even thinner compared to other available pedals'.

seeing a gold plated bo-tiq pedal makes me wonder, how long till we get to see Bo-tiq amps with genuine snake skin or crocodile leather?

as for effect pedals, i guess the next big thing will REAL FUR COATED case that will put Kid Rock to shame...

I've seen guitar cases covered in REAL ostrich skin.
And I believe I've seen pedals covered in real snakeskin.
Now, if a booteeker really believed in being decadent, he'd have one covered in human skin.

I've joked about making the most extravagent, decadent, expensive, and ridiculous booteek guitar amp ever. I would call it the "Caligula". The idea is to shoot for at least a $50,000 price point. Any ideas for what to include?
