I came across the schematic for this at tagboard fx, someone was asking for a layout and the designer posted it on their site.
Interesting take on the bazz fuss, shall probably build one.

It's still in the "requests" section. It's apparently now verified, but take note of the correction of the Darlington pinout and component spacing suggestions made by reggy1

I might have been a bit vague in my post.
The layout is in the Requests section of the Tagboard FX forum.
