Here is the Juggernaut Overlay - 600 dots per inch resolution - scale is in tenths of an inch.
Please help identify the resistor values with question marks for values.
How is that schematic coming along AG?

NOTE: I left a resistor off the PCB drawing - refresh your browser and download the newly corrected version.

Edited the overlay - press F5 to refresh your browser - still waiting on some unknown resistor values - AG?????
Cheers

A couple of corrections:
The 12K above the switch on the left is 22K
The 1.5K resistors are actually 1.6k if you want to be precise

The resistors under the 4 100uF caps are 47 ohm.

Now going pretty much from left to right:
Far left resistor = 1K
Resistor above and parallel to 1.6K = 1K
Resistor below Vol pot and 47K = 10K
Next 3 are 1K
Far right above 47uF cap = 220

On Bajamans layout the wires from left to right are:
Black wire = Instrument Output Jack
Yellow wire = Instrument Input Jack

Black wire = Outboard Effect In Jack
Yellow Wire = Outboard Effect Out Jack

i assume you could just join the outboard effect in and out wires together if you did not want to add two extra jack sockets - a nice feature is the buffered output to external effects provided.

From that I made this schematic

Schematic

I think R2 is wrong and should be placed before R1, but I can't really check it on the pics

I left out the distortion switch but it should be placed between the distortion circuit and the FX send.

Thanks Bernardduur
I checked my PCB and layout pictures - there was an incorrect track placement for the 1M resistor connection at the input. I have amended the pictures - please refresh your browser and download the corrected pictures - hopefully this will be the last correction - on to something new now (make it fit in a 1590BB case  )

You guys are great. Quick and awesome schems and layouts.

I guess it still won't hurt for Soulsonic to double check the info I gave, especially the pot values.

According to the schematic, the FX send/returns jacks are not connected together when no external fx are used. Look like you cannot use the distortion without a jumper between FX SEND/RETURN. I thing you can use a jacks with tip switch to fix the problem.

Sorry; I never bother with these things....... as I don't have the unit here :) I THINK they would have used such a design in the final product (I sure hope so :))

I am almost finished with drawing out a layout and PCB for a smaller version (you know how i like to miniaturise things  ).
I will publish it as a DIY project in the next few days - It will fit in a Standard hammond case too. :D

Ok, here comes the birthday-present No. 1, the complete:
Proco Juggernaut schematic
Proco Juggernaut schematic
Pro Co - Juggernaut schematic
The 1.5K resistors are actually 1.6k if you want to be precise
To be precise, on my monitor the LED-resistor near the Master-switch appears to be 1k5 and the other one near the Rat-switch appears to be a 1k6.

Please have a look at the (brown) ceramic capacitor between the tone-pot, the LED and the green capacitor (C 16 in my schematic). This capacitor must have a value between 3n3 (332) and 10n (103). Pleae confirm the value, so that I can add this value.

enjoy,
analogguru

OK, your schematic is much nicer :D

What's the deal with that power supply? Does it need that filtering?
